Important Notice to Registrants

Pre-registration is now closed. If you wish to register, please you may do so at the onsite at the congress registration desk

For on-site registration, payment can be made in cash (HK or US Dollars), local HK cheque or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard will be accepted).

The registration desk is located on the concourse of Hall 5G(Level 5). The opening hours of registration desks are as follows:
Wednesday, 2 October, 14:00 - 19:00
Thursday, 3 October, 07:30 - 19:00
Friday, 4 October, 08:00 - 19:00
Saturday, 5 October, 08:00 - 16:00

The Conference allows different registration categories and fees to delegates according to their status. Please refer to the below information for your easy reference.

Payment

Registration must be made online. Full payment is required upon registration (by local cheque, bank transfer or Paypal). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Hong Kong has received the full payment. Payment of registration fee in HKD and USD are available. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.

Registration Entitlements

Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, all scientific sessions and exhibition.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in official writing (by fax, letter or email) to Conference Secretariat - MCI Hong Kong. A cancellation fee (50% of final paid registration fee) will be applied for all cancellation requests received on or before 4 July 2013. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date.

All refunds will be made after the Conference. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds must be covered by participants/applicants. Please send email to Conference Secretariat at aphrs-cr2013.reghot@mci-group.com for enquiry.

Letter of Invitation

The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only.
