It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th APHRS & CardioRhythm held in Hong Kong on 3 - 6 October 2013.

This first joint and the largest arrhythmia meeting in the Asia-Pacific region is co-organized by Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS), Hong Kong College of Cardiology and Chinese Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology. The meeting will present current and future management on sudden cardiac death, new drug and ablation treatment for atrial fibrillation, pacing and ICD advances, cardiac resynchronization techniques, remote patient monitoring, and advances in neuromodulation for heart failure and hypertension. The well received certificate Cardiac Rhythm Management Course will continue, and new courses on EPS/ECG added. A group of world experts will share with us their experiences and insights, and the symposium will be a meeting point for both discussion and academic participation.

Hong Kong is a destination like no others with a dynamic living culture where East meets West. You will be fascinated by the living culture of unrivalled shopping, marvellous dining and fun-filled theme parks cater for families. Beaches and countryside are only minutes away from the bustling city, that is on either side of the famous harbour. Weather in October is the best time of the year. Temperature is around 19°C - 28°C with pleasant breezes and plenty of sunshine. Transportation is inexpensive and user-friendly. You can get around easily and catch wonderful glimpses of the city along the way.

We are confident that the 6th APHRS & CardioRhythm 2013 will be a valuable and enjoyable experience to you. You will enjoy Hong Kong - a renowned city for cuisine, shopping and hospitality!
