Terms and Conditions

This Online Registration System, managed by MCI Hong Kong ("We / Us"), is solely for 6th APHRS & CardioRhythm 2013 registered delegates. By using this System, all terms & conditions and notices contained or referenced herein ("T&C") are agreed by individual delegates. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change any T&C without any prior notice. Please refer to our website for any update on T&C.

Registration is only valid upon receipt of registration fee. Participants of the programme are entitled to CME/CNE/CPD accreditation. Official letter of invitation will be sent upon request to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement. Certificate of Attendance will be issued upon completion of the programme. Privacy and Security Policy

We are very concerned about protection of the privacy of our users. Any personal data collected will be solely used for registrations and accommodation arrangement. ALL data collected shall not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, licensed, sold or redistributed. User testimonials or comments will not be used without written consent.

In order to process your registration, you will only be redirected to third party online payment gateway (i.e. PayDollar). Your credit card information will only be captured for the payment process on the third party online payment gateway. Please note all collected information will be purged after event is completed or payment process is completed.

To protect your personal data, we currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt personal information during transit.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in official writing (by fax, letter or email) to Conference Secretariat - MCI Hong Kong. A cancellation fee (50% of final paid registration fee) will be applied for all cancellation requests received on or before 4 July 2013. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be made after the Conference. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds must be covered by participants/applicants. Please send email to Conference Secretariat at for enquiry.

Delivery Policy

Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only.

You must submit a valid email address on the reservation form. Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking.

Registration Entitlements
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, all scientific sessions and exhibition.

Registration must be made online. Full payment is required upon registration (by local cheque, bank transfer or online VISA, MasterCard). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Hong Kong has received the full payment. Payment of registration fee in HKD and USD are available. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
