SLIDE PREVIEW ROOM & FACULTY'S LOUNGE

All invited speakers and presenters of oral abstract sessions are requested to submit their presentation files at least 12 hours before their presentation at the Slide Preview Room, located in Meeting Room 428 (Level 4). The following equipment is provided in all meeting rooms: an LCD projector and computer with MS PowerPoint and CD-ROM drive, laser pointer, and podium with microphone. NO slide projector will be supplied. For the smooth running of the program, personal notebook computers may not be connected to the projection system. Facilities for transfer of presentation files from personal computers or zip discs to CD-ROM are provided in the Slide Preview Room.

No photo taking, audio recording and video shooting are allowed in the meeting rooms for this conference unless permission is granted.
OPENING CEREMONY & HONG KONG HEART FOUNDATION LECTURE
All delegates are invited to attend the opening ceremony with important speeches from the hosts and officiating guests, followed by cultural performance at Hall 5G (Level 5) on 3 October (18:00 - 19:00). Hong Kong Heart Foundation Lecture will be delivered by Professor John Camm on "Atrial Fibrillation and Dementia - Cause or Coincidence" (19:00- 19:30). Cocktail reception served at Hall 5G (17:00 - 18:00).
GALA DINNER
Gala Dinner is scheduled on Saturday, 5 October at Jumbo Kingdom, Aberdeen (19:30 - 22:00). Awards presentation to free papers winners and lucky draw will be held during dinner. Transfer from conference venue to restaurant is arranged at 18:30. Ticket can be purchased at onsite registration desk (HK$580 / US$75 per person). Limited capacity on a first-come-first-served basis.
COFFEE BREAKS & LUNCH
Coffee breaks are severed at Hall 5G (Level 5) on 3-5 October and Meeting Room S421 Concourse (Level 4) on 6 October. Cash bar catering areas are also available at Registration Concourse (Level 5) on 3-5 October.
Industry lunch symposium organisers will provide lunch as part of their Symposia programs running from 12:20-13:50 (please refer to program for specific sessions).
ORAL ABSTRACT SESSIONS
There are free paper sessions throughout the whole conference with around 12 minutes for each speaker. Presenters are requested to adhere strictly to the allocated time.
POSTERS
The poster area is placed inside Hall 5G (Level 5). There are 6 poster sessions running from 3-5 October. Chaired poster sessions are scheduled during coffee break sessions (10:10 - 10:40; 15:30-16:00) on 4 - 5 October. The Poster Information Desk (Hall 5G) is open from 08:00-17:45 on 3-5 October to provide assistance to presenters. Poster presenters are responsible for displaying their own poster on the assigned time and poster board. Posters that have not been taken down at the assigned schedule will be removed by the Organisers and will not be retrievable afterwards.
REGISTRATION
Registration desks are located at Hall 5G Concourse (Level 5) on 2-5 October and S430 Concourse (Level 4) on 6 October. For on-site registration, payment can be made in cash (HK or US Dollars), local HK cheque or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard will be accepted).
All participants must wear their name badges to gain admission to the scientific sessions and exhibition hall. For lost badges, please visit the onsite registration desk during opening hours and an administrative fee of US$100 (HK$780) will be charged.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All registered delegates may collect their certificate of attendance on 4 and 5 October (14:00 - 19:00) at the Bag Pick up Counter (Level 5) or 6 October (14:00-16:00) at Registration Desk (Level 4) during registration opening hours.
ENTITLEMENT
Fully registered delegates are entitled to:
